Frequently Asked questions

  • Are your items True to size? Each individual listing has a description which guides you on whether the item is true to size or whether you need to size up or down. Please read carefully before purchasing.
  • Can I iron my wings? Yes you can. I use a steam iron and iron directly onto the wing. If you have an iron that is a bit questionable just cover the wings with a thin sheet to protect it, and iron on the highest heat setting. The wings always look their best if you hang them upside down to dry.
  • Do you do custom orders? Unfortunately we do not have the resources to do custom orders. All of our items are now manufactured offshore and we need to order large minimums of each style. Sometimes we are able to point you in the right direction of local handmaidens that can customise your Angel wing items from home.
  • Can my daughter be your brand representative/model? We sometimes hold brand representative searches via our Instagram page, however we do not need them otherwise. Please keep an eye on our page for competitions, rather than messaging us directly.
  • Do you have a 'Buy, swap sell' page? Yes we do! Search for Penny&Co on Facebook and the BSS page will come up.
  • Can I cancel my order? We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental over spending, however we can cancel your order and provide you with a credit note for later use.
  • Do you provide exchanges? Yes we do provide an exchange on unworn products which are still in original condition. as long as it can be resold (I.e tags still attached) and it is within 14 days of the purchase date. If an item can be proven faulty  (with photos etc) we will replace the item or refund it.
