Turnaround time is up to 10 days before your item is posted, and then normal shipping times apply. Tracking will be emailed once your order is shipped.

Under Australian consumer laws we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind or make an incorrect decision while purchasing. We are happy to exchange the item, if it is in the original packaging, original condition with tags attached and can be resold as new within 14 days of purchase. Alternatively we are happy to offer a store credit to use at a later date.
